Our inception began in October 2017, with the hope of having success helping Lakeland's downtown area come to life again. Owner and Chef Jordan Poulos spiced up his knowledge in Sebring, Fl. until he was able to create his own dream of owning what is now Scream'n Tuna Sushi.
